Family,

Dad - I am in the same area. Still with Elder Darrington. Thanks for sending the pics of the wedding. It's fun to see all of those and the family. Thanks for updating me in the Cougs. Bummer. And thanks for telling me about Peter. He is a stud. 

Mom - weather is good. not too cold. a little rainy. Thanks for the info on the wedding and sadie, katie, and abby.

Good week this week. Able to meet with Chen DX and his son roy. Found out that now he doesn't have work on Sundays, so he is able to come to church. Amazing. Unfortunately, he hasn't been reading from the book of mormon, so we talked about it and read some with him this week. He is such a nice man.

We stopped trying to meet with Lydia. We'll keep calling her occasionally, but it's been a long time since we were able to meet with her.

haven't met with Qiu, Jason, or a-zheng.

Met with Jonah again, the international elders haven't had time for us to turn him over yet. We gave him a copy of the Book of Mormon. He told us he would read all the references to the pictures in the front so he could better talk with us about the book next meeting. Crazy. 

Helped sam with english.

Zheng unfortunately is the same, no real change, won't take the book of mormon seriously. We'll probably teach him one last time this week.

One quick thought.  One of my favorite quotes is from President Monson who said, "The sweetest experiece I know in life is to feel a prompting and act upon it and later find out that it was the fulfillment of someone's prayer or someone's need. And I always want the Lord to know that if He needs an errand run, Tom Monson will run that errand for Him." This is my goal for the next year. To be able to better serve the Lord. Because I have been given much, I too much give.
